Visited the Row for the first time tonight for the HITS class 🥊 When I first walked in, I witnessed some amazing athletes finishing up a Hyrox training class, which was super inspiring for someone like me who hasn’t stepped foot in a gym in months. Also they were blasting 2000s hip hop- I knew immediately I found my gym in Astoria. I’m a beginner and Luis took his time explaining proper technique during rounds- super helpful. Off the beaten path a temple of high caliber training
Amazing gym!!! I joined back in December for an upcoming Hyrox event, I have nothing but good things to say about this gym everything between the atmosphere machines and equipment to the music and the people. The best part of the whole experience is Luis ! Amazing instructor/ coach who takes his time teaching. Highly recommend THE ROW !!!!
Challenging, varied workout that makes the time fly by! Awesome music that keeps you motivated. Luis is a great coach / trainer who keeps you inspired. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my strength since taking classes here. Highly recommend!
