올슨 자매 친척인거죠? 그 할머니. 아니면 답이 없을 응대. 마실나온 사람인 줄. 물건은 물어보니 없다하고 온라인으로 사라면서 가방 안 들어온다 함. 그냥 내가 세상 을이 된 느낌의 응대 계속 받음. 말투가 정말 답이 없음. 샤넬도 찍게 해주는 사진 여기는 매장들어가기 전부터 금지.

Bunch of pretentious retailers make you wait in line, treat you like a criminal and then don’t honor their return policy for new unused items. Not sure what reality this company works under but if your going to have clearly posted return policy signs and not honor it your going to be held to them under consumer protection laws and it will end up costing you a lot more as a company loosing customers, loosing profits and having to pay legal fees.

I went on a Wednesday afternoon. The store was a bit hard to find but I figured out it was actually at the end of the hallway. I waited about less than 5 mins because I did not have an appointment. The doorman was very nice about it. Inside feels like a luxury apartment vibes. Every sales person greeted me, a lady and a man. The clothing looks very luxurious, the fabrics look so soft.
