Catherine creates a safe space where I feel heard and understood without judgment. Her demeanor is always calm and reassuring, which helps to ease my anxiety about discussing my mental health disorder. Catherine is very supportive and maintained open communication, encouraging me to share any worries or difficulties I encounter through the process. I am grateful for her expertise and the positive impact it’s had on my life. I always leave her office feeling empowered and truly cared about!!

I had to find a new provider and came across this office. I will say the Catherine is one of the best practitioners I have been too. She was attentive, kind and personable. Together we were able to develop a treatment plan for me as a team. Catherine is easy to talk too and I highly recommend her.
