My husband and I were faithful diners when the restaurant first opened. Even were guaranteed window seats. As the managers/chefs changed, so did the food. Not for the better. while we are sophisticated eaters,my husband would likesteak, a chop..but there was no such on the menu. Nose to tail is appealing. A couple of months ago we tried it again. Had to eat in the lounge BECAUSE the dining room was not open. The menu was OK but particularly unappealing to us. Would love to try it again if we can sit by the window in the dini... read more

My husband & I came to Beacon, NY for a long weekend and we're delighted to see that Roundhouse was participating in Restaurant Week. The pre-fix menu was amazing. The gnocchi starter, salmon dinner & seasonal dessert were all phenomenon and the portion sizes were plentiful. Their staff was friendly and attentive, the service was excellent & the beer and wine list was perfect. If your planning a trip to Beacon make sure to put The Roundhouse on your list!
