All i did was walk past The Rotunda. Looks like a nice place to live near downtown Norfolk. It has MacArthur Mall, the Norfolk Scope, Chrysler Hall, and the light rail all within walking distance. That would depend on what your idea of walking distance.
Unique and upscale condos. Great views of downtown Norfolk.
Building administration is utterly incompetent, penthouses pretty much get away with whatever and they do not care about the residents below. Extensive damage was done to my car in the parking lot as result of things being thrown off the top balconies during one of their parties and absolutely nothing was done about it, genuinely unsafe place to live. Interior plumbing has major issues with pipes knocking constantly, do not recommend living there!
