My friends are trying to move out and being treated very unfairly and illegally by the property management company in the process. They are charging illegal rent and withholding scheduling a move out inspection. They also refuse to meet with them. Do not move here. What a nightmare!

All i did was walk past The Rotunda. Looks like a nice place to live near downtown Norfolk. It has MacArthur Mall, the Norfolk Scope, Chrysler Hall, and the light rail all within walking distance. That would depend on what your idea of walking distance.
