This is the worse law firm to deal with. Chris Annunziata was lazy and never corrected any discrepancy in the case. He had all the information since day 1 and was clueless and did nothing the whole time. He is also extremely rude and can't answer questions. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

I am writing this review to thank The Roth Firm for taking on my case. I am especially grateful to Mr. Matthew Cochran. He was always very professional and informative about my case. Mr. Cochran was also quick to respond by email and/or telephone any time I had a question. I absolutely recommend The Roth Firm!

Ignore the 5 star reviews as they are most likely PLANTS! I obtained Roth Law Firm after an accident I had in Jan. 2021. Initially, I had no idea who my lawyer was and was speaking to different people. I had submitted all of my documentation and was upfront about the other driver not having insurance -IT WAS IN THE POLICE REPORT!! They are the worse law firm to go too.. it started off great at first paralegal Victoria was never to helpful when u have any question but attorney tiffany was fairly good a first but after a little over a year me and my said was told one amount we getting in a settlement to be lied to and deceived once they closed out case of about 1000 smaller then was told by attorney Tiffany on phone with final offer after all their fees and hospital bill would have been taken out.. they did this scam to me and my sister which had diff... read more

This is a long one. I was involved in a car accident in April of 2019. I was rear-ended and I and my 3 minor children sustained back and neck injuries.
