EDIT: Someone (i’m assuming the owner) reached out and offered to give me a refund IF I take down this review. I declined because I felt it would be unethical to do so. Two people from the shop also stalked my LinkedIn for some reason which felt like an inappropriate response. You, the consumer, should know that this business has attempted to offer me money in exchange for removing my negative review, which raises concerns about their commitment to honest feedback and transparency. Terrible customer service. Was on the phone with the owner after being a customer for 5 years and she hangs up on me. Was helping her understand that part of her system wasn’t working as to why I missed my appointment twice the two days before hand. Asked about her next opening and she hangs up. Will never be going back.
I've never been a loyalist to any barber but Eric has changed that! The man can give a great haircut - couldn't recommend more.
