Caring, helpful, understanding and one-on-one communications. Mr Rosen kept me up-to-date on my case personally. Extremely nice man ... he felt like my case was worth more but we'd reached the max limit on the insurance so he lowered his fees. That's unheard of an attorney lowering his fees.
