Do NOT do it! The run-around alone is enough to make a person crazy. I'm still dealing with these people a year later after move out! ridiculous!!
I have lived here 19 months now, and I have found this a pleasant place to live. The walls are thick and I seldom here my neighbors. More noise comes from busy 1st Ave below, but you dont really notice it that often.I have plenty of room in my apartment and find the location ideal with a nice cafe and bar on the 1st floor of this building.
