DON'T buy there furniture, it is crap and they don't honor their warranty as others have attributed. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

First the positive-Sales Associate Mike was nice and made the beginning part of my shopping experience pleasant. All negative from there...purchased a chair (with power recline and audio) just before closing Friday night. Tested everything in store and had them show me how to install when I got home-everything worked great, only 2 cords to plug in. When I got home and unloaded there were 3 cords, one of which you could tell had been pulled out of the chair during the transfer from showroom floor to my van. I called at 10am S... read more

My friend and I had a great experience last week at The Roomplace. Our sales associate Cathy was very helpful with helping us find the perfect living room set. She was extremely friendly and made our shopping experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend this store!

I had visited this store the other day and received very pleasant service. I was greeted by a sales associate, Cathy, as soon as I had walked in. I was interested in looking for a new living room set and she was more than willing to help me find the perfect one. Cathy was very knowledgeable about all of the products and continued to tell me about the great protection plan that the store had to offer. The living room set I purchased is great quality. I will definitely be back!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales associate was less than helpful and would only talk to my husband. The general manager Azad Talabani was rude, unfriendly, arrogant, demeaning, etc. and treated my family and I like trash. We ended up returning our $1200 dining room set due to the poor customer service and the return was a nightmare as well. We paid cash but could not get cash back. The room place is a joke. I bought some furniture there about a year ago and bought a 5 year warranty, which was a mistake. A year later when I needed them to help me out all the sudden they weren't so helpful. All the sudden what they said would be covered under warranty isn't covered, leaving me to pay to fix it. I also purchased this furniture over another store because they guaranteed 500 dollars worth of gas with the purchase. Well.....guess what it is one year later and I haven't seen a dime of that.
