Best burger in downtown! The menu has totally been revamped since Moonhanger took over. If you are in town (say to see a show at the Cox Capitol Theatre), The Rookery is a great place to eat, have a drink, and enjoy!

The four of us went to the Rookery Friday evening, 6:30ish..It was very busy. We waited about 20 minutes. We had the Pimento Cheese for an appetizer, very tasty. All of our burgers were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The handmade chips and handcut fries are amazing sides. But I have to mention the staff! From the greeter, to the bust boy, they all worked hard with a smile and a great attitude. Our waiter was arguably the best we have had just about anywhere. I would highly recommend it!!
