We had a great experience! Food was good, burger was cooked as requested, and fries were perfect! Our waiter was polite and helpful.
Still my favorite restaurant. Love the new bar and the expansion. Great food, great atmosphere.

Possibly the best steak I have ever had! I got the 12oz Ribeye, medium well, and it was melt-in-your-mouth good. Amazing hand-cut fries too! I was very impressed.
As always our trip to The Rookery was excellent. The food was great, service was very good and timely. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended, a downtown treasure!
So, I had a horrible experience at the new part of the Rookery today! The bartender gap or Aaron or whatever you call him, had no personality and was extremely rude to the point that he was not even man enough to speak to me on his own. He had to go through his manager because he was way to to salty to handle people in his own. The manager, by the way, was very friendly. Their turkey burger is amazing! The service was great and the food too! I highly recommend if you’re in Macon!
