We have a tile and shingle roof on our AZ home. The shingles needed replacing from years wear and tear but the tiles were still in good shape. Shane, the manager, was excellent to work with , responsive, organized, and made sure everything stayed on track. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and did high quality work. Shane has been there for us to track down a leak and preventing a much more serious situation down the road. The vent had been installed wrong by the original roofing company in 2000 and was leaking into the attic. Even though our roof is original Shane presented a plan for us that took care of the problem while not requiring a complete underlayment replacement. Thank you Shane!
