Where to start, wrong wood used, boards not replaced, follow up not done, won't return calls. Ya know you sound good at the pitch and promise but deliver nothing...Tucson save your money and go elsewhere. Luckily I can't give you lower. So a couple of months ago, the owner came by to see what his incompetent crew did, apologized and said he would be back by years end to make right......well years almost over and he hasn't been back.....still stand by my review

I have been doing business with Roof Guys for about 8 years. I have never had one problem with my roof. Charlie walks the roof yearly to check for problems. Fortunately, never found any problems. He takes pictures of your roof so you can see how it looks. I would recommend Roof Guys for your next project.

My neighbor$ have $imilar roof$ and asked what wrong with ours so I asked does warranty does it exist ????.!.
