Where to start, wrong wood used, boards not replaced, follow up not done, won't return calls. Ya know you sound good at the pitch and promise but deliver nothing...Tucson save your money and go elsewhere. Luckily I can't give you lower. Charlie takes great care of my roof, responds quickly and answers all my questions. Highly recommend.
The Roof Guys replaced a shattered skylight quickly last year. We called them about a minor leak around the skylight from the recent rains and they promptly found the issue, sealed the area in question and we are good to go. They are reliable and stand by their work.
