I was totally satisfied with the entire effort. Tony and Eric were extremely helpful, always available to answer questions and provide details, and went out of their way to ensure the entire process was as stress-free as possible. I had two large trees through my roof after the hurricane. They did a great job replacing the broken trusses and sheeting the roof to code. My new roof looks great and should more than outlive me!!
After Hurrican Helene, I was fortunate to connect with Tony from Roofer Direct, who was immensely helpful not only in addressing the damage to my roof and gutters, but a number of other items that were unrelated. He made what could have been a real logistical nightmare a relatively simple process and I recommend this business highly.
