Had my roof replaced following after some hsil damage. They were very prompt and quickly removed the old roof and replaced with new shingles. Unfortunately I’ve had several leaks that are still an issue. The leak is around a pvc vent pipe. A repairman came out after I first saw the issue and applied caulk which Sterling told me was not a good solution. He was right because it is still leaking and I have a stained ceiling from the water that has come into my attic.
Huge shoutout to The Roofer Direct! They handled our roof replacement quickly and professionally after hail damage, and our home looks better than ever. Tony Parker and Scott Burnam were incredible—they went above and beyond to navigate the insurance process and made sure we were paid fairly. Highly recommend!
Their promises sounded great, but nothing was delivered on time. The final result was unprofessional and full of errors. Totally regret choosing them.
Very disappointing experience with Chapter Businesses. The service was slow, and communication was almost non-existent. Would not recommend at all.
I expected professionalism but got the opposite. Their team lacked skill and didn’t understand our needs. Save your time and money.
