I got quotes and visits from four different companies. Rigo at RoofMasters made me feel very comfortable from the outset. He gave me a very competitive quote, and the team of installers were professional, clean and friendly. A job very well done. One thing though - this is a MESSY job internally. I recommend that you consider an attic clean out after a roof replacement. As for the outside, RoofMasters kept everything clean and safe at all times. Job was done in a couple of days, and no problems since!
After obtaining & comparing the three bids and seeing all the reviews, I selected The Roof Masters. I have to say, they did not disappoint. Their crew did an excellent job on replacing my roof. Chris was very thorough in presenting my options and the team provided constant updates and photos. The only hiccup was with a change order due to the age of the roof and the City of Escondido having only one (1) inspector available (go figure ). The Roof instalation, well it went as any roof installation would go. Rigo, the Project manager won my job by for one by not doing a satellite image quote like 3 other companies did. He walked my roof and quoted me on wood the best he could where as others told me they built a 8-10k budget for wood. The Roof looks amazing. Now with highs there are always lows.
