Jason Clark and The Roof Group LLC are a top notch company. We had them replace our roof a few years ago and repair minor storm damage from fallen limbs. Jason is always easy to reach and responsive . We give them our highest recommendation. Thank you Jason.
Never received a return call. Poor customer service
We were closing on our house and during inspection we found issues with our roof. Called Jason at The Roof Group and he came out immediately. We have 3 small children and from the start he was very friendly and helpful. This was our first issue with needing a roof repaired let alone replaced and he walked us through the process, making is very easy. The Roof Group way exceeded our expectations! They were done in 2 days and went above and beyond by adding a black drip edge to trim out my charcoal shingles. I LOVED IT! Their professional expertise made our roof look so much classier. Long story short, our house burned down a year later and our contractor used a different company for the roof. I had a leak that was coming from the roof and TRG was able to determine immediately that the leak was due to a defective boot collar on one of the vent pipes. This issue was fixed immediately and I have had no issues since. Additionally, TRG was able to provide me a free estimate and I was able to approve everything over the phone (it is a rental unit with tenants). I highly recommend using TRG!
