I can't say enough about the quality of their product, and their service. I got my roman shades from them >20 years ago. Aside from a little dust, it still looks new! Recently however, there was a fault with one of the pulleys, such that the mechanism wouldn't work if I wanted to pull the shades up. I called them up, they found my order from 2 decades ago, then soon sent someone out to replace the faulty part. Peggy and Ed were awesome to work with.
