Good place to live. Close to EVMC, downtown, & Colley Ave. Also right on the Elizabeh River. Management changed last year, rent was raised, plus new fees were added for the same apartment, same appliances. Update on 5/8/2026: rent was recently raised again. Neusbaum management treats the tenants as if they are ATMs & can just print out a few more bills. Still enjoy the location but the cost to live here is crazy!
Greedy and dishonest. My car was broken into and towed and they still had me pay for everything. Disgusting.
