If I could give this hotel and the staff a zero I would. This is by far one of the worst hotels in the area with the most unpleasant and unprofessional staff. There’s nothing good to say about this place of the staff or even the cleanness of the rooms. PAY THE EXTRA COST AND STAY ANYWHERE ELSE !
Had a reservation for room with 2 double beds. The woman at the front desk did not stand up to greet me when I arrived and then scolded me for having to lift the screen to read what I was being asked to sign. First room had no refrigerator. When I asked, I was told I would need to change rooms. Since I was by myself, the desk clerk said I should go to a room she had with one king bed. That room has no hair dryer. The wild life was real rats near front entrance no towels dirty broken ice machines side entrances locked even with room key staff knowledge of surroundings scarce
