RecommendedThis is my second year living at the Rochester as a Creighton grad student and I could not be happier with my experience. As you can read from previous posts, the apartment is very clean, management, security and maintenance are amazing. The Rochester is constantly staying modern, has brand new appliances and bathrooms. A Real wowzer. You know like an old Humdinger. Kind of a spiffy whatchamacallit. Or if you're from the weast side I think you'd call it a rumplehump. A sure fire thumbs-upper
The ‘Chester is a cool industrial building with unique floor plans. Excellent staff and great location within a short Lyft/walking distance from all of downtown. For all your Roch, go ‘Chester.
Great place to live! Absolutely AMAZING management. The location is super convenient and next to lots of cool things to do, but it's still quiet and cozy.
The Rochester is such a great place to live. The building is so clean and quiet, and Mariah is incredibly easy to work with. As a Creighton student, it's nice to be just a few minutes from campus, and also not too far from a few places to eat, drink, and listen to music. The apartments are clean and up-to-date, and it's very easy to get ahold of maintenance if you need something repaired. I am so happy I chose to live here and highly recommend it!
