It is UNSAFE Do not move into this place! Since I have moved here, I have experienced break INS, car thefts, and over charging. The management has a lackadaisical attitude about it all, even with police reports. It is really too expensive for the low class clients who are living in vans in the parking garage, and driving sports cars breaking into apartments when residents go to work to bathe, and cook, and steal their food. Don’t depend on the Atlanta Police Department to help you. It is just another report. They’ll move... read more
The Rocca is lovely. I stayed at the Rocca for a brief period of time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was quaint, stylish and accomodating to my needs. It's convienently located to many Atlanta hotspots.
Maintenance was and still IS a big problem here!! There is always something breaking down in an apparent as in a house. You can end up living for 2 MONTHS in the sumner without air-conditioning!!- few weeks without a dishwasher until they finally figure they can bring one from another apartment, toilet leaking for weeks because that’s not an emergency by Covid standards and you are the one paying the water bill anyways, musty water sipping from under the linoleum for months until they decide to finally break the wall down ... read more
