Incredible Patience & Perfect Advice. I worked with Rob to buy a house in Woodland Park. On a near weekly basis, he drove 2 hours to me to look at a house, and would give me very candid and straightforward advice "This is acceptable, that's not how it should be" and "You know this isn't the one you're looking for".
