Rob was a fantastic agent. Not only are his experience and intuition top notch, but he's also extremely attentive and helpful. I've bought and sold a few homes now, and found the experience with Rob to have much less friction than usual, which is extremely appreciated given how stressful the process of buying/selling/moving is! Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to Rob's team, in particular Eric, for being so on top of things. These guys did a great job selling our home in a currently cold market!
This is an amazing team. We know it’s really hard to think about hiring a real estate team for fees BUT you are very lucky if everything goes as is. When things go bumpy you need the help of experienced team to hold your hand. Also, this team is doing a lot of work behind the scenes that you don’t know or see.
