We have had our eye on the Rivington for a few months now to move into. We visited the leasing office last Friday, met Manny and he took us through the amenities and gave us a thorough overview of the building. Manny went above and beyond with answering all our questions. 1 week later, we stopped into the leasing office again and met with Manny. Absolutely a terrible experience living here. Going on year 2 and will not be renewing. Building continuously smells like trash and visitors making comments about the foul smells. The courtyard is not properly maintained. Also good luck ever finding someone in leasing office as a point of contact they don’t ever work. Lived in 5 different apartment buildings and this is the worst experience I have ever had
Emir and Joe are always so reliable, helpful, and responsive. They are able to fix any maintenance issues and are so nice to work with!

Before speaking on the management staff, I want to say that the maintenance team especially Emir is absolutely wonderful and so great to work with. If they were running the front office everything would probably go much smoother. I received an email Friday around 6pm notifying residents that we had to have our cars moved by 8:00 Tuesday for them to repave our parking lot.
