I have really enjoyed living at the Riv. The apartments themselves are really nice after the renovation and the shared rooms have lots of space. The facilities aren’t ever very crowded and I’ve never had to wait to do laundry. The best part about the Riv is their staff. All of the office girls are really helpful and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The maintenance guys are also really friendly and do a great job. While this is comparable to a lot of Utah housing, the level of honesty of the people who own is not honest. When my boys moved out, we spent the entire day cleaning. They are perfectionists, and I was there to double-check. Imagine our surprise when they failed. Wasted an entire day because of their threats, and I bet NO ONE passes. It's a big pay-off to keep all these kids's money. I have written them an email and will up date if they decide to be honest, but in the meantime, no thanks. I like just about everything about the Riv. The only issue I have is cleaning checks - All of my roommates and I always feel the need to have at least one person stay in the apartment until ours has been checked because if we're not there to explain why there are crumbs on the floor or dishes in the sink from breakfast or lunch, we end up failing. But honestly, that's probably the only real issue I have with living here.

I really like Riviera a lot, but you shold lis ten our complaints. I think if someone who is renting, receive many complaints, you shouldn't renew their contract, You should kick them out! It makes you look that you care about our happiness and not just only the money. My roommate is the worst! Poor of the other girl who has to live with her! By other hand, I like the competitions, activities etc. is really good! Overall the prices..excelente!
