Unless you like waking up to false alarms at 6am, finding transient people hanging in the lobby, or finding poop in the stairwells, I would recommend not living here. If you have the money to live in one of the other buildings in the area, you should.
Super loud during the evening due to homeless encampment building right next door and constantly has issues with hot water and electricity(during winter as well).
Bring your rat poison, been reporting a rat issue for months, nothing has happened. When I confronted the manager on site that they were breaching the rental code of conduct by not providing resources to take care of the issue, her best suggestion was “ well I wouldn’t open my door”, then proceeded to laugh as I walked out of the office. Apartments are really clean and the office staff is helpful. Christina Honeycutt was very professional and courteous.
