Upon viewing the apartments, everything appears beautiful. What you won't learn during a 10 minute tour is that the walls are so paper thin, you can hear everyone's conversations as if they were in the room with you. I can tell you what people are watching on TV and hear everyone's private phone conversations. Parking is such an issue. I've lived At Riverwalk for about 8 years, even-though the complex has gone through various management changes their level of service at the current time is excellent and very helpful to work with. I feel Through COVID they have take all proper measures in being sure that the residents are property taken care of. Maintenance Staff is so helpful and I feel very comfortable letting them in my apartment when I am not home. All my Maintenance request have been handled in a timely manner. *** DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE *** I have lived in this building for 2 year and have had nothing but problems. The lease office staff does the bare minimum and tries hard to not help you as much as they can. In the time that I have lived here I have had constant issues with the appliances, with the HVAC system, and with the parking system they have in place among many other things.
