Recently moved here and have had a fantastic experience so far. The property itself and the location are amazing. It's proximity to Ventura Blvd is really convenient yet it remains really quiet both in the building and on the street. Kris has been so helpful and transparent throughout the process of signing the lease and moving in. Communicating with Kris is very easy and so is living here so far.
My partner and I have enjoyed living here. Both the street and the property are very quiet. Past places I’ve lived have definitely not had this level of sound insulation! The property is clean and well maintained. This was our first time moving out without any parental assistance and the property manager Kris was patient, helpful, and very quick to respond. Because of this, moving from the application process to getting the keys was FAST! Highly recommend.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is great, it feels safe, and the building is clean and kept up. The manager Kris is also always very quick to help with anything that may be needed.
Very nice, smaller complex in a good quiet neighborhood. Good underground parking and convenient laundry room.
Best location I've ever lived in. Great management and quiet community. All you hear is birds.
