RecommendedI just got my Mac back from Riverbend Tech. It wasn't working no matter what I tried, they had a quick reset fix and it now works great. They were incredibly fair, honest, and kind. Such a great asset to the community, thanks for the excellent service.
Never again will I be using riverbend tech center for any type of service ever again. I had dropped and cracked my screen last weekend and went there this past Tuesday to have it fixed. They said they didn't have the items in stock, they order per the customers needs and then fixes them when the parts come in, okay, no problem! They made me pay for the parts and labor beforehand.
