Continue to charge my account even after written notice and phone call. Spoke with a very rude manager from OK City, she said I could only cancel when paid in full.. At that time I paid $75 to bring my account current, although I had not been to tan in over 4 months. I went into Riveria Tanning Salon, got a mail in cancellation form, filled it out and mailed it in. Tayber is the best employee ever
To Cancel. Contract you do NOT need thier document. Go to Oklahoma statues under contracts will prove this. A simple notice of cancellation thru certified mail along with a bill for any future labor to resolve any issue with them. You must educate your self in the local laws. You have Rights!!! I was about to purchase the groupon deal but read these reviews and I will be vetting another salon. You attempt to screw me with contracts ill own your company!
