Enjoyed crabs here with my mom and daughter to celebrate my birthday. 1st time I've had a chance to eat crabs this season...but well worth the wait. Crabs were full and perfectly steamed. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Even the music playing in The River Shack was perfect! We will absolutely be back!!!
A bushel of crabs, french fries, and corn! Everyone at out table entered hungry but left full! Food was out of this world!!!
Always gave 5 stars with previous visits but not this time. Ordered Larges but our tray looked the same as those that had AYCE. And the meat stuck to the shells indicating that they may have been frozen or refrigerated for a while. Took a while for ours to be served, and they were barely warm to the touch. Beyond that, the service was good, oysters were good but probably our last trip there. We can get much better crabs here in Delaware!
My husband and I go there once a year. We sit outside on picnic tables. My husband gets ginormous Maryland crabs. They are not cheap, but according to him well worth the money. I believe they are bigger than #1's. I get whatever. If you like picking crabs, call ahead and ask what size they currently have.

Holly mother of ripping people off. 42$ in the cheapest crab season in years. Such a shame was a good place to go but greed has definitely showed it's ugly face.
