I've lived here for many years and never had any problems, plus it's a VERY safe place for a single women to live! the staff is amazing and helpful... and who wouldn't love living above a bar, rock climbing gym near the running trail and water! I would highly recommend
Absolutely love living here! The neighbours are all very friendly and kind, and the building staff are so helpful. The building is kept really clean, there’s never too much trouble parking, the units are all very modern and get lots of natural light. Living so close to the Greenway is awesome, and the Wasnea City Tap Room and River Rock climbing are both awesome establishments, and you live right above them! Best apartment I’ve ever lived in :)
The River House is the BEST apartment 'complex' around. You can't hear the people who live above you or next to you. Everyone is super friendly and is willing to help you.
Had a great visit! Servers were very friendly and helpful! Definitely a place to check out!
