RecommendedI loved living here. It was me and my kids first home together. We moved from California and Jeni made our transition so easy and smooth. She is the best. We still visit every now and then just to say hey! I miss this place and strongly recommend it to anyone in search of the perfect place! 😍

Hey guys You Will love this peaceful apartment complex Not the Venue Complex Venue Seems updated and modern but nope wrong Very tight to each other and you hear everything. Also, Very dirty and unfriendly staff Here in River Apartment is Total Opposite Yes the complex is bit aged but very well maintenance and managed. Super friendly Staff you got to meet Jeni Lady in Leasing office. She is just one of my favorite from the first day. They do fix right away if i report something. They are super clean. I have been here for seven years and I love it. The staff is amazing. The staff we have now have been here three and half years and they have made a complete turn around here. There always looking out for each apartment and checking on each one to make sure they are happy. They are remodeling the apartments and they are beautiful. I want to thank them for all they do.

Great apartment community, nice renovated apartments, the grounds and pool are very well maintained. The assistant manager Jeni was so great working with us and really went out of her way on numerous occasions, great experience and would highly recommend this community
My kids and I love the Perfect location and great community the River Apartments offers us!!
