The food (the artichoke lasagna) at the golf course cafe was not up to the quality we are used to when dining at any location declaring itself to be a part of the Ritz-Carlton. It was clearly a premade and previously frozen item and was not even adequately heated before it was served to us (despite server telling us it would take 20 minutes to prepare). The server offered to warm it up and was apologetic. The Cobb salad (very fresh), slider and soup were excellent. The ocean sunset view was divine.

The service from the staff was incredible and everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was amazing, well kept, and elegant which all led to a fantastic stay! My only negative feedback would be from the valet service. While the staff was very helpful and friendly, I had just gotten my car detailed the day before and when I got it back it looked like they parked it under a sprinkler so my car was dirty already. This place was perfect in every way. The setting is incredible with sunset drinks to the sound of bagpipes mixed with crashing waves. Every staff member seemed to genuinely care about your experience and appreciate you as a guest. The best place I have ever stayed and its not even close.
