The restaurant brought cold food to my friend and didn't follow the instructions for what she asked for on her burger. My burger was warm, but also did not have what I asked for on it. The waitress was less than helpful. Service was very slow. The valet was very disorganized and incredibly slow. After twenty minutes, they actually told me it was my fault. Our first experience was breakfast with Santa two years ago at this amazing resort. The experience for my son was phenomenal! He speaks of the experience every Christmas. Each time we visit the staff is very courteous and respectful. The views are impressive and very relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious. I think I have found my favorite get away😍.

After spending $200 on apps/one round of drinks with service that was mediocre to be then hit with $30 valet and when we have the valet our ticket he wanted to see our receipt? Not a classy establishment at all
