We had a group of 10 women on the club level for a girls' trip. Excellent experience, incredibly helpful staff, and beautiful location. The pool was so fun, the spa was wonderfully relaxing, and the ladies and gentlemen on the club level made us feel very special. Can't wait to go back!

Everything about this place is amazing! The grounds & decor are immaculate. You have an absolutely fabulous staff. Every person I encountered was extremely friendly and went above & beyond to provide the perfect experience. And a special thanks to Perry, best driver ever! Some of the highlights of my stay included the S'mores at the fire pit, the Pappy Van Winkle flights, and of course the LouisXIII! This was our 4th visit...we love the lake and Georgia...the staff at the lodge are always wonderful..the view & grounds are so relaxing...the food is awesome...the lodge it self is showing wear & could use some maintenance & renovations, including new linen towels. But overall another great visit...we will be back!

For a Ritz, this hotel is subpar. We paid $399/night to stay here. The carpet in the room was torn, the 2nd floor, where our room was smelled like mildew & the carpet was extremely dirty. There was garbage on the lawn outside our room. Things that you can overlook if you are paying under $200/night. Add $49 resort fee and this makes things worse. There were also kids riding hoverboards around inside the hotel. On the upside, the staff is outstanding. They offered us a discount on our next stay, but we won't be back.

It was beautiful and we had a great time
I was here to relax for Mothers Day weekend. And let tell I enjoyed myself to the fullest. Spa, food, s'mores, overlook the balcony and experienced someone's beautiful wedding! I loved it plan to return same time 2016!! Thanks Ritz-Carlton.
