Great Conference. Service and food and entertainment was fantastic! We love the Ritz, great experience.
Beautiful property, with great restaurants, however the staff made all the difference! Everyone was friendly, but our valet Heather and Kery went above and beyond!

Second day and a little disappointed with both service and organization. Fouled up reservations, inaccurate information, and slow service in several areas. Loved the lounge and the pool service but everything else seemed to be too difficult for staff. A lot of smiles but no real resolutuon of issues. Going to the steakhouse for dinner and they have called twice to confirm today. Might seem nice but I git the feeling they were trying to dissuade us from coming.
