This is our third time here and we love it. The property and rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food is quite tasty. My kids love the pools and water slide and as a health conscious mom, I'm happy that they use saltwater instead of chlorine. You can imagine then at how surprised and disappointed I was to find the soap and shampoo provided in the room has sodium laureth sulfates, a known cancer causing chemical usually put in cheap soaps. Come on Ritz, you can do better ;)
The best of the best! My best memories are the Ritz Carlton in downtown San Francisco and Half Moon Bay! You get Royalty treatment at the Ritz!
