I attended the ritz Carlton for a dental hygiene scientific conference. Immediately I was impressed with the beautiful area! Then I was impressed with the yummy food!! I am a mother of a nine and a half month old girl who i am nursing. I brought my pump along and was ready to use any corner or even the bathroom to pump in. Was worried because I was supposed to move into a different room every day for my 3 day stay. When I checked in they had already resolved the issue before I even brought it up. Now that's customer service!!
The motto here is "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen". Customer service is my pet peve and I will say that the service here is outstanding!! I cannot wait to return!
We stopped in for lunch yesterday and ended up moving from our hotel in Tucson to the Ritz for our last night here!! Amazing views and beautiful room! I highly recommend this place. We will stay here next time we come for sure.
Worth every dollar! The property is gorgeous, the restaurants were impressive and the staff was beyond accommodating! We'll definitely be back!
Only golfed , but was disappointed that there was not any water to be seen on the course at all , only in restrooms . Other than that it was an awesome experience !
