The staff was very friendly everyone said good morning or hello. Some even asked how We were doing. We loved the place, they offered water every where we went. My wife and went to the spa, OMG you need to add this to your to do list. I would definitely recommend Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island. The Anderson's will be back.

My husband and I went for 4 days and We were fabulous. I walk every morning down the beach and then I had delicious breakfast. I loved the people that cater in all places of the hotel. We want to return.

They are closing the pool early due to a private event but did not let people know ahead of time. There were extremely long wait times for food and drinks. No one was around to help at the beach area. A staff member told me I couldn't be picky. I think for the price I'm allowed to be picky.
First time at the Ritz-Carlton. Loved everything. The people were wonderful. Very friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous Property, lovely Staff and delicious food
Incredible views from the moment you get near the property. Once inside the level of service and excellence experienced by the customer !! Incredible work for all staff both in the lobby area and the 5 Star Restarant Salt ����
