This place has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. The people were so welcoming. It’s such a quiet place, with the most breath taking hotel view. I sat on the balcony for a couple hours each day just taking it all in. I felt like royalty. I’m 100% going back. It was SO CLEAN. If you need something, they are on it.

We had great day at Ritz in Bal Harbor. Beach team, Santiago and team, were extremely attentive and helpful. Team provided impeccable service. Will come back and highly recommend.
