SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Valet damaged the entire passenger side of our car, then proceeded to argue with us about it. My LAPTOP & MEDS were STOLEN. I’m so grossed out. Not the Ritz experience I ever would’ve expected. No accountability for any of it.
Margaret (Margo) was top notch from the moment we walked in! Outstanding in everywhere and made our day delightful in every way!
