Alessandro Tavera was an amazing beach attendant he assured we had the best time at the beach, we will definitely look for him jext time we go
The service at the beautiful pool was spot on! Kind, friendly and our every need was anticipated enabling us to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. Everyone on the hotel staff has been warm, accommodating and helpful. Our entire stay has been an absolute pleasure!
Amazing pool service
Staycation visit for our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better location. I avoid South Beach vibes at all costs and prefer a more relaxed yet elevated environment. What made our stay extra special was Thomas’ service at the pool. Personalized card and anniversary cake without asking for it followed by top notch service. Give this guy a raise! Will be back. Thanks Tom!
Tomas was above and beyond…he gave us unbelievable service, was thoughtful, and picked up it was our anniversary (celebrating us with a decadent dessert)::: made for an amazing experience
