Service is going down hill fast. They used to do a fantastic job. Went today and after waiting alot longer as usual I go to my car and there was dirt on the side of the seat. I had to grab a rag and clean it myself. Whatever no big deal. Well I pull out and see there is crumbs and dirt all around the gear shifter. Again ok. S** happens. I get home to my car looking like it was never even washed so I had to finish washing it myself. I look in the back seat and nothing was touched. My family brings all their cars here and up until very recently, their quality has been the best around. Now, I leave here barely able to see because my windshield is so smeared and streaked. The car has water spots on it, and the vacuum job is mediocre. My interior was always spotless after having my car washed there, but it has just gone down hill.....IN THE PAST MONTH!! I have been coming here for at least 5 years but today will be my last visit. First I always get the platinum car wash, which is 21.99...why am I leaving and I still have to clean my own car. Then they advertise that the 10th car wash is 1/2 price good luck with that it never calculates right. Time to start going somewhere new.
I started going 9 months ago. Today was the third strike for them. The rear cargo area wasn't vacuumed and normally it is and when my car came out I actually had to complain to the cashier that the attendants were drying every car AFTER mine but not mine. I wasn't thrilled with her response after she had them dry it for me. I will definitely NOT be returning.
I went there on 4/30/2017 I didn't know i left 30dollars and some gift cards in the side door compartment and my car was full of sand from being on the beach fishing. They clean the whole car of sand and never touch the money or gift cards . A car wash that you can trust
Car wash was great but they forgot to put my expensive weather proof floor mats back in my truck. Use caution and make sure they put your stuff back before you leave. I now have to buy new floor mats.
