Horrible service, vehicle still dirty windows not wiped well. Paid top dollar because new owner wouldn't honor coupon. Worthless place needs to be shutdown.

RecommendedThey spend more time taking care of cleaning your car than other quick car washes. Plan to spend about 28 to 30mins there when getting a wash. Also the slowest and best day to go to this car wash is Sunday if you want more attention on your car. Highest and most backed up day is Saturday which I would avoid if your in hurry as well as less time spent cleaning your car. This place so far doesn't take coupons either which stinks though but the quality and time spent here is better than other car washes I have seen.
Really not happy now two times in a row. The 3rd row of my car was never cleaned and my windows are still covered in my kids hand prints I will not be going back
I stopped the other day. Before I left I notice that there was stuff still on my front window. I asked for it to be wiped. He wiped the one spot I pointed out and now you can see that they never cleaned the inside widows. Also I had a magnet on the back that was removed and you can see where it was - like it was never washed. The rugs were vacuumed but the door panels were never wiped. Will be looking for somewhere else.
I have been going here for a few years and car was always beautiful. Today I was sorely disappointed. The inside was not touched. there are still crumbs and my dash covered with dust (I have the pics!) I asked for them to do the trunk, not done, edges around trunk still full of spring petals and leaves. Other than cleaning the mats nothing else was done. And it was not busy, me and one other car.
Employees act like we were bothering them but yet with a customer. Manager was running around like a chicken without a head. I decided to get a detail inside and an ice wash outside after an hour of waiting went to see my car wasn't even done yet it was bypassed by two other vehicles that were behind me. I'm done never going there again. Don't think about getting every response from anybody just doesn't even have a website.
Hasn’t been the same since POSH left and I’ve been a going elsewhere, decided to give it a shot today and I won’t be going back. Paid 23.00 for the platinum wash, they were busy and I understand that but, when at the end all you get is a wash and dry and your tires don’t get done, the wheels weren’t dried nor was the bumpers, passenger side window wasn’t done....when i mention it....they walk away. Won’t be returning...
Rudeness is the fastest way to lose your customers. Time to find a new car wash.
