Within the past two weeks, we've had to use the services The Right Click. First, my spouse had to have email copy to a file to provide to our attorney for a law suit we are involved in. This may sound simple, but it was a fairly complex problem that JD did a great job on. Then Outlook on my Mac crashed and I lost all my email and calendar entries. Zach did an amazing job reinstalling Office, and retrieving all my email and calendar entries and reloading them. Can't thank you enough!
Very helpful and efficient! Came to our home for a problem that many others could have solved on their own. Friendly, on-time. Did not say how ignorant we were! Fixed our problem quickly ( hooking up printer to new router). Great experience! Would def use them again.
Jeremy and his staff, especially Jason, have solved every problem I've had over the years. I have both a Mac and a Dell. It's not always easy to have those two communicate, especially since my Mac is still running OS 9.2. Since I cannot afford to buy a new Mac right now, I depend on their expertise to find me a workaround. They have always come through for me, saving a lot of potential stress and time.
Massive client server replacement with 5 new work stations installation, major corporate software upgrades, etc. yesterday. Usually frightens the heck out of me. The Right Click, Inc. made the entire process painless. Thanks Jason, Phil and Jeremy!
