I expected better from a specialty marine store. Before placing my order, I called to confirm that the marine caulking I needed was in stock. The staff confirmed it over the phone, and I also received an email confirmation. However, when my order arrived, they had sent the wrong product. We live in an online catalog world, where service and knowledge take second seat to price, and fast availabiity. But when it comes to boats rigging etc, you need to speak to someone F2F. The people at the rigging shop fit the bill. Diane, the new owner, and her staff, know evrything, and go out of their way to share that accumulated knowledge.
