Ordered a micro SD card for our raymarine navionics from Mike. He made arrangements for it to be same day shipped to newmarket ($35) so that a family member could drive it to us in killarney on Friday afternoon. When we got the card it we see that it's a full size SD not a micro size. I phoned the store on Monday and was told that Mike is on vacation, they'll send him an email. I expected better from a specialty marine store. Before placing my order, I called to confirm that the marine caulking I needed was in stock. The staff confirmed it over the phone, and I also received an email confirmation. However, when my order arrived, they had sent the wrong product.
