I've had an incredibly smooth experience interacting with the property management here. Responses are prompt and helpful. The application process had full support from real humans. The amenities are in good shape, and I have no doubt that management would take action on maintenance if there was ever a problem. Communication with tenants is proactive. This place is a GOOD example of how an apartment should be run.
Excellent location! With Costco just half a mile away and Northridge Mall nearby, along with a plethora of major stores and restaurants in close proximity, convenience is unparalleled. The community fosters a friendly and laid-back atmosphere, with no noise disturbances to report.
Great place to live. Affordable, in a nice area, good community, and close to CSUN and Northridge Fashion Center. Definitely recommend it.
The apartment complex is quiet and clean. The managers are very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!
