I would not recommend The Ridge on Spring Valley. There are serious maintenance and health issues here that future residents deserve to know about. During my time living here, I experienced ongoing maintenance delays, rodent problems, and constant noise throughout the complex. The worst part was discovering black mold in my apartment. Management sent contractors who didn’t speak English and showed up late in the day while I was cooking.
