We have lived there for about 6 years now, our old management wasn't great, but that has changed! Shon, the manager, is AMAZING! He is super understanding and will get things done! Since he became in charge, we got new mailboxes, new gate access, the road is fixed, new appliances, and a new gym! He truly cares of our community and always hosts events! My only pet peeve is that the cabinets don't have handles lol, and one of the management guys isn't great. Other than that, I enjoy living here.
Shon is the best manager, whenever I need help or assistance. He comes to my rescue literally me and my family have lived here for over 10 years. Since he’s been here, we can always go to him for anything! Especially regarding the new changes around the apartment
To whoever sees this review, please don’t move to apartment 2052 no matter what they tell you has changed. It’s super old and fragile, there’s no lights in there, heavily infested with cockroaches and insects, everything breaks down for no reason. Plus this complex management is not trustworthy, I was given an apartment like that and then was charged for move out cleaning fee. I used to live with my fiancée at apartment 2052 and it was a nightmare to live there. Everything is too old and infested with roaches and insects, office doesn’t respond to phone calls… Terrible experience
I’ve been trying to call this apartment complex for 3 days now (business days) but no one picks up the phone even when it rings they just hang up. I left this apartment complex two weeks ago, I was supposed to leave on the 31st of the last month but it was Sunday and the office was closed on that day and the next day it was labor day so they were closed again.
