What I would say about this place is that I would not recommend
BETTER MANAGEMENT : THIS PLACE IS THE WORST
I want to share a praise about maintainance at The Ridge. Mikey has helped quickly resolve two pretty minor issues with my front door. Extremely courteous and efficient resolution both times. The entire office staff is accommodating. This is my second stay at the Ridge and I have not had any complaints with management, they always go above and beyond for me.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. It kinda says something when you walk outside and multiple neighbors stop you and ask, "are you having issues with the people in the office also?". I'd go into detail about my experiences with them, but at this point it's not even worth wasting my time. Please keep looking, there are way better places to live, especially for what you'll be paying.
Ever since Waterton took over from GreyStar this property has failed. Nobody seems to know what is happening with anything. The staff is unfriendly and rude, they don't care about the issues residents bring them. That's why so many people have moved out. The grounds are unkept, weeds are everywhere construction trashed the place, and there are never any doggie poop bags. Also don't expect maintenance to do anything.
