I would be very careful buying a home in this community!
Recently purchased a home here. Overall the experience has been good, however...the cons outweigh the pros by a landslide. Communication is atrocious - multiple emails, texts, and correspondence about issues (our main issue is our back yard - which was not completed upon move in, and is still not to our satisfaction). Project management and the people they hire to do the work - not the greatest. The process was quick and efficient, Deda was great to work with, and the community is wonderful. Great option for new construction if you're in the market.
